Wire Products are made with on-tarnish wire. Products will not turn color after being exposed to water. Wire products can be cleaned in warm soapy water or alcohol. Dry on a clean paper towel.
PixieBead Refund & Return Policy:

All pixiebeads sales are final. I do offer an exchange, repair, or adjustment service. The exchange service is only if one of the barrel clasps ends on the waistbead comes off within the first 7- 10 days. The adjustment service is for PixieBabes on their weight loss journey and wants to adjust their beads to fit their changing body.
