Hey PixieBabes, here is a video tutorial on how to tie on your permanent waistbeads. They are made to fit all sizes; the strands can be adjusted to your desired waist line placement! Once they are tied they can not be removed unless they are cut off ! Good luck ok your new journey ! I have to say I am a few months in and loving it !
